A traffic offense led to the arrest of An unidentified Kuwaiti has been apprehended for being in possession of a large quantity of alcohol and drug consuming tools. The suspect had been stopped for a traffic offense when the officers found the cache of illegal substances in his vehicle.
The suspect and the seized contraband have been referred to the General Department of Drugs and Alcohol Control. The security source said the suspect’s vehicle has been impounded
