The General Directorate of Information Systems held a meeting to discuss the bilateral phase of traffic link proposals, exchange the fingerprints of deportees and develop the networking system between Kuwait and the UAE.

According to Alrai Media, The meeting discussed the implementation of the decisions of the GCC Interior Ministers and the strategy of the Ministry of Interior to complete the development of a bilateral electronic connectivity system for the purpose of exchanging data between Kuwait and the UAE.

The General Department of Relations and Security Media at the MoI said that the meeting aims to complete the implementation of all other traffic and security services that are essential to linking the traffic and security systems of the GCC countries.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the human resources and information technology sectors, the traffic sector, the criminal security sector, and the General Department to follow up the affairs of ministerial councils and committees. A number of security leaders from the UAE delegation were also present.
