Kuwait has set up four new emergency wards in only five days as part of extraordinary measures to cope with the coronavirus outbreak.
The 20-bed units have been hurriedly established at Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital, Al-Adan Hospital, Al-Farwaniah Hospital, and Al-Amiri Hospital said the health assistant undersecretary, Ibrahim Al-Naham, in remarks to KUNA on Wednesday.
They were built for coronavirus cases, according to instructions by Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Basel Al-Sabah.
He has confirmed that citizens and residents can order medicines by telephone.
