Kuwait reported 4,881 new COVID-19 cases on Friday in addition to zero deaths and 1,014 recoveries. Meanwhile, the number of patients in ICUs rose from 17 to 25, while patients hospitalized increased from 213 to 222. Total active cases also jumped from 32,556 to 36,423. The percentage of daily new cases to new tests increased from 12.9% to 13.7% while the percentage of recovery dropped slightly from 92.2% to 91.5%, according to the health ministry’s bulletin.
