Kuwait PM announces return to normal life, entry of fifth phase of gradual returning plan.
The Cabinet announced Wednesday:
- Removing the mask mandate in open areas in Kuwait starting October 24, 2021.
- All visas will be opened for vaccinated starting from October 24, 2021.
- Kuwait International Airport will return to 100% capacity from October 24, 2021.
- Conferences and weddings can be held with attendance of vaccinated people only and with masks required starting October 24, 2021.
