Kuwait’s Minister of Social Affairs Mai Al-Baghli stated that the ministry, under the supreme leadership’s directives, is coordinating urgent relief aid campaigns for people affected by the massive earthquake that jolted parts of Turkey and Syria.
Charity and relief bodies across the country are being invited to participate in the endeavor, Al-Baghli, also Minister of State for Women and Childrens’ Affairs, told KUNA. She added that these organisations have already launched online donation campaigns to raise funds for the task ahead. These projects will receive ministry supervision as per standard procedure, she underlined.
