Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has urged Kuwaiti citizens to avoid overseas travel at the present time due to the spread of the coronavirus and increasing number of infections all over the world.
In a statement MOFA released they pointed that Kuwaitis are urged not to travel due to the dangerous repercussions of the virus mutation which was the cause of the rapid spread of the virus and increased infections.
MOFA stressed that citizens, who had to travel under urgent circumstances, to ensure that they took insurance that covered all diseases including corona and was valid for the entire travel period.
The ministry also urged that they followed health protocols in all host countries while constantly updating on the necessary precautions that have to be taken, especially since countiries all over the world were on alert regarding the spread of the pandemic and had to introduce new rules in short notice.
