Minister of Justice, Minister of State for Nazaha (Integrity) Enhancement and Minister of Awqaf (Endowment) and Islamic Affairs Jamal Al-Jalawi said on Thursday that the Sahel (easy) application facilitated the voting procedures for citizens by providing their registration numbers and electoral committees.
This came in a statement to KUNA during the vote casting process at Al-Shedadiya middle school in Abdullah Al-Mubarak area.
Al-Jalawi said that the Ministry of Justice was working hard on organizing the voting process and that the number of voters have increased since the approval of the decree allowing voters to use their ID cards. He added that Al-Shedadiya school was considered the 3rd largest committee in the fourth constituency wit eligible voters estimated at 11,000.
