In implementation of fair judicial ruling that is supported by the Appeal and Cassation Courts for the cases mentioned below, executions through hanging was declared followed by the approval of His Highness the Emir Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Saba.

Earlier today, the Public Prosecution supervised the execution of the death sentences in the Central Prison issued against each of the following:

1. Khaled Saad Muhammad Al-Qahtani, a Kuwaiti national, convicted in Felony No. 253/2011, for committing two crimes of premeditated murder and possession of a firearm and ammunition without permit, limited to the Jahra Prosecution (2.11/10)

2. Al-Jabri, a Kuwaiti citizen, convicted in Felony No. 5.6/2010, for committing premeditated murder, possession of a firearm and ammunition without a license, using a firearm in a residential area, consuming intoxicating drink in a public place, and driving a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating drinks, limited to the Farwaniya Prosecution Prosecution (58/2010 Khaitan felonies)

3. Hamad Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Khalaf, a Syrian national, convicted in Felony No. 1193/2008, for committing the crimes of kidnapping through subterfuge, premeditated murder, and stealing the phone owned by the victim at night, under the Farwaniya Prosecution Office (038/3008 felonies of Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh).

4. Rabab Adly Mostafa Shehata, a Kuwaiti citizen, convicted in Felony No. 409/2010, for having committed premeditated murder, under the Al-Ahmadi Prosecution (49/2010 Al-Ahmadi felonies).

5. Ashed Ahmed Nazir Mahmoud, a Pakistani national, convicted in Felony No. 210/2010, for committing premeditated murder, participating in the commission of adultery, and consensual intercourse, limited to the  Farwaniya Prosecution Office (87/2010 felonies of Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh).

6. Aisha Nemo Viso, an Ethiopian national, convicted in Felony No. 616/2011, for having committed premeditated murder, under the Ahmadi Prosecution (6 Jaber Al-Ali felonies 2/2011).

7. Mishaan Muhammed Mutlaq Al-Otaibi, a Kuwaiti national, convicted in Felony No. 331/2011, for committing premeditated murder, possession of firearms and ammunition without a license, and the use of weapons and ammunition without a license, limited the Al-Ahmadi Prosecution Office (3.11/19 felonies of Al-Raqqa)
