The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health on Friday listed 35 more coronavirus cases, bringing the caseload to 411,690, with a single death case to take the death toll to 2,450.
Another 56 patients were cured of the virus, raising the total of those to have overcome the viral disease to 408,601, the ministry’s spokesperson Dr. Abdallah Al-Sanad in a statement to KUNA.
The number of people hospitalised with the virus at COVID-19 wards is 33, while there are 11 patients in intensive care units, in addition to 639 active cases, he added.
Some 18,896 swab tests were conducted over the last day, taking the total so far up to 4,267,350, he noted.
