The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) said Tuesday it issued KD 240 million (USD 792 million) worth of bonds and Tawarruq.

The issue’s maturity period is three months with a return rate of 1.250 percent, CBK said in a statement to KUNA.

Late March, the CBK issued bonds and Tawarruq worth KD 240 million (USD 792 million) with a return rate of 1.375 percent for a six-month maturity period.
