The Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Sri Lanka has called on its citizens to postpone their travel to Colombo following the Sri Lankan government declaring a state of emergency and widespread curfew across the nation due to protests and unstable security situation.
The embassy has also called on Kuwaitis currently in the Republic of Sri Lanka to exercise caution and stay away from protest areas, reports a local Arabic daily.
