Chief of the Kuwaiti Army General Staff Lieutenant General Khaled Saleh Al-Sabah Sunday issued a decree to release military detainees on the occasion of the National Day and Liberation Day.
The decision was based on the directives of the Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, said the Directorate of Moral Guidance and Public Relations of the Kuwaiti Army in a statement.
