A decree was issued appointing Abdullah Debian Khaled Al-Otaibi as Undersecretary to the Court of His Highness the Crown Prince. Moreover, another decree was announced reinstating Mazen Issa Abdul Rahman Al-Issa with the rank of excellence in the Crown Prince’s Court.
