Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait
On this day, Ukraine and Kuwait mark a momentous occasion – the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Praising significant strides made in the mutually beneficial cooperation across various fields, such as politics, trade, education, and culture, I extend on behalf of my Embassy sincere congratulations to Kuwaiti counterparts on this milestone anniversary.
Despite the ongoing war against Ukraine, my country remains committed to strengthening the ties with Kuwait. When President Zelenskyy’s Peace Formula brings us comprehensive and lasting peace, creating new opportunities for cooperation, we will spare no efforts to expand and deepen our interactions with Kuwaiti friends and partners.
I cannot but thank Kuwait, known as Humanitarian Leader, for standing by our side in the most critical moments of our existential struggle. Ukraine is grateful to Kuwait for its firm stance towards Ukraine at the UN and regional levels, as well as tangible support provided to Ukrainians. The good will definitely prevail over the evil, opening up new prospects for cooperation between Ukraine and Kuwait.
