The Nigerian newspaper, The Cable, reported that Nigeria’s Federal Executive Council approved the signing of a bilateral air services agreement between Kuwait and Nigeria.

A local Arabic daily has learned the council’s approval came last Wednesday at a meeting chaired by President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja.

The newspaper said that the air transport agreement between the two countries allows airlines in both countries to operate commercial flights, covering the transportation of passengers and goods.
