His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received a cable of condolences on Monday from New Zealand Governor-General Dame Patricia Lee Reddy, expressing her deepest sorrow and condolences over the death of His Highness the late Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
She recalled Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad’s key role in developing relations between both countries, and his efforts in enhancing peace and stability in the Middle East.
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah replied with a cable, expressing His Highness’s thanks and gratitude for her sincere condolences and sympathy for this great loss, and His Highness also thanked her for hailing His Highness late Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad good deeds, wishing her everlasting health and wellness.
