Eight new destinations have been added to the list of Kuwait Airways flights namely Maldives, Abu Dhabi, Kuala Lumpur, Addis Ababa, Madinah, Taif, Hyderabad, and Kathmandu, with continued operations to Madrid and Izmir due to increasing demands, the company announced on Wednesday.
The company held its general assembly for the approval of the agenda, including financial and administrative reports, for the fiscal year ending on 31 December 2021, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Airways, Captain Ali Al-Dukhan, and Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Maan Razoqi. Al-Dukhan mentioned in the assembly the company’s digital transformation program in addition to supplying emergency training equipment as part of developing its system, as well as, security and safety procedures, in coordination with the Direct Investment Promotion Authority.
The Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Airways, Eng. Maan Razzuqi, said that the company had previously launched 17 new destinations in an effort to meet the growing demand for short markets. “It is medium and long-range, so Kuwait Airways pays great attention to the comfort and service of the customer, and to provide them with the opportunity to travel on Kuwait Airways planes on their preferred destination,” Razzuqi said.
Razzuqi also added that the airlines’ move to launch the eight new destinations, which will lift off in winter, is part of the company’s plan to expand its network.
