Director of the Airports Department, Osama Al-Shami, said two people have been arrested by the Kuwait International Airport customs authorities – one who attempted to smuggle into the country 88 bags of hashish and another with a small piece of hashish and psychotropic pills who was also on the wanted list of the security authorities.
A reliable source told Al-Rai the hashish was found neatly hidden among the clothes. Both men have been referred to the Directorate-General for Drugs Control.
