The head of the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE), Faisal Al-Atal, announced the discovery of two forged engineering certificates. He also said that 5 people of Indian nationality are being accused, Al Qabas daily reported.
Al-Atl explained to the daily that the forgery included his signature and the society’s seals.
It was also reported that 3 of the five defendants have left the country, while the other two were referred to the Public Prosecution Office.
