The Kuwait Ports Authority withdrew 36 administrative decisions according to which 36 employees were transferred to work in the port facility from several government institutions.

This is In confirmation of what was published by Al-Qabas in its Monday issue under the title “Corruption of appointments affects ports”.

According to the decision, of which the daily has obtained a copy, the withdrawal came based on the decision of the Council of Ministers and the circular of the Civil Service Commission regarding stopping appointments to senior positions, supervisory positions, and stopping transfers, delegation and secondment.

The decision called for “considering the administrative decisions as if they were not issued with the return of those covered by those decisions to their original workplaces,” while considering their period of work in the institution as a temporary delegation with the consequences that follow.
