The Chairman of the Technical Committee in the Municipal Council, Dr. Hassan Kamal, revealed that the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences has presented during the committee’s meeting, a visual document what it called the “white document” related to cooling the suburbs, saying there is a recommendation to implement this idea.
Kamal explained that the committee is waiting for the Public Authority for Housing Welfare to implement it within its future projects with the participation of the private sector,
