On behalf of the government of the Republic of Kenya, and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my best wishes to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the state Kuwait, the Government and the people of Kuwait on this auspicious occasion of the 60th anniversary of Kuwait National Day and 30th anniversary of Kuwait Liberation Day.
Kenya and Kuwait enjoy warm and cordial relations and it is our continued expectation that these relations deepens our countries cooperation both at the bilateral and multilateral arenas.
We commemorate with Kuwait and pray that the almighty Allah continue to bestow his grace and mercy on the state of Kuwait.
