The Council of Ministers approved a bill to open an additional appropriation of KD 600 million in the budget of ministries and government departments for the fiscal year 2020/2021 to cover the front-line reward in the face of the Coronavirus, Arabic daily Al Anba reported

Financial sources explained that adding the bonus budget to the budgets of government agencies for the new fiscal year 2022/2021 means that its disbursement will coincide with the approval of the state budget by the National Assembly, which will take place at the end of the current legislative term next June.

The council decided to disburse the front-rows reward for leaders working in the ministries of health and interior only, and the council excluded leaders working in other government agencies from the lists of those entitled to financial rewards for employees.

Informed sources revealed, in exclusive statements to Al-Anba, that the Council of Ministers approved a reward for the front lines of workers facing the Corona pandemic for those who completed their data and were approved.
