KC KKPL player Reni Jacob had a cardiac arrest whilst fielding last night during a match and was rushed to the hospital, where he sadly passed away after having stabilized initially.

Reni Jacob was 39 years old and was playing for FFC in the ongoing Kuwait Kerala Premier League organized by Kuwait Cricket Club and was professionally working for Hassans Opticians.
In loving memory of Reni Jacob and out of respect and mourning for the deceased, all matches of KKPL for this week are cancelled.
All KC KKPL teams and players are requested to wear a black band on their arms for next week’s matches in remembrance of Reni Jacob.
