The spokeswoman for the Kuwait Credit Bank, Habari Al-Khashti, announced the bank has received an invitation to participate in the 2023 World Summit on the Information Society, which will be held in Geneva next March.
The summit is about providing digital services through artificial intelligence techniques, which are real estate loans, social loans without the need for the citizen to visit any of the bank’s branches, without intervention from the bank’s employees, and without the need for the citizens to submit documents and the transaction takes place within a few minutes.
Al-Khashti stated that through the ambitious plan drawn up by the bank’s management and with the help of loyal Kuwaiti youth, 99 percent of the bank’s services are provided electronically through the bank’s electronic portal and the bank’s mobile application around the clock, seven days a week, with ease.
