The Kuwait Airways Corporation refuted claims, Friday, that passengers from one of the KAC were disembarked to accommodate the family of an unidentified KAC official.
The airline asserted that the information circulating on social media is not accurate and urged people to seek information from reliable sources, reports Al-Jarida daily.
In an official statement, the KAC clarified that the situation in question had been thoroughly investigated, and the truth is that some passengers were transferred to another plane due to a change in the aircraft type.
The airline emphasized that there were no violations in their procedures. Moreover, they highlighted their commitment to customer comfort and providing the best services possible.
