The Ministry of Justice is organizing, at ten o’clock on Thursday morning, an auction for the sale of a complex and a commercial building in Salmiya and Fahaheel, with an initial value of about 14.55 million dinars.
The commercial complex is located in the Salmiya area, plot 4, voucher 35, on two streets and a corner. Its area is 2114 square meters and it consists of 10 floors (basement, ground floor, mezzanine and 7 floors). It is offered by “Justice” at an initial price of 11.049 million dinars, meaning that the value of one square meter according to the initial price is about 5227 dinars.
The commercial building is located in the Fahaheel area in plot 11 Hammoud Sinan Street on an internal corner and is bordered on both sides by two properties with an area of 346.2 square meters and consisting of a basement, a ground floor, 5 floors and a mezzanine.
