The prime minister extended his heartfelt condolences and commiserations to His Highness the Amir and the Kuwaiti people, praising the late Amir’s legacy and stances, characterized by nobility and wisdom, along with his significant role in ensuring Kuwait’s development across all spectrum.
In response, His Highness the Amir sent a message highlighting his gratitude and appreciation for the warm sentiments.
