First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled has stressed the need to make more efforts, intensify security follow-up, and deal firmly with anyone who tries to tamper with the country’s security.

He made the remarks issued by the General Department of Security Relations and Media at the Ministry of Interior during a security meeting with assistant undersecretaries, in the presence of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Lieutenant General Anwar Al-Barjas. Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled also stressed the need to apply the law to everyone without exception, exert more effort and vigilance, face challenges and risks, and be actively and continuously present in order to enhance security in the country and address problems first.

According to Al Anbaa’s report, the official conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the country’s highest leadership to the leaders of the security establishment for preserving the security of the country and its constituents, while also praising the great efforts made by all sectors of the ministry.

Moreover, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled witnessed the graduation of five university “non-commissioned officer” students and their promotion to the rank of lieutenant. He stressed the need for them to assume their responsibilities in applying the law, the sciences, and the skills they acquired during the study into a practical reality to advance security work. In addition, the ministry congratulated the female graduates on their new ranks and stressed their commitment to the oath.

Brigadier General Fahd Al-Gharib, the acting director of the Officers Training Institute, read the appointment decision at the graduation ceremony, while Brigadier Bader Al-Mutaqa, the head of the Examinations Affairs Department, read the section. The ceremony was graced by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Lieutenant General Anwar Al-Barjas, Assistant Undersecretary for the Office of the Minister of Interior Major General Hamed Al-Baloul, and Assistant Undersecretary for Education and Training Affairs Major General Badr Al-Baloul.
