Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Mohammad Al-Jabri expressed on Wednesday his thanks to the deputies of the National Assembly for renewing confidence in him, stressing his keenness to work hard for the benefit of Kuwait.
He made the remark to reporters following a special session held by the National Assembly on a no-confidence motion against him.He hailed the elevated way the deputies purused during the interrogation session, boasting of Kuwait’s democracy as distinguished.
He assured that he will maintain the “precious” confidence of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in choosing him as a minister, and that the renewed confidence of MPs will push him to work harder to serve the interests of Kuwait.
On other hand, Al-Jabri extended his thanks to the cabinet, represented by His Highness Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and all ministers for their full support.
Earlier today, Kuwaiti parliament rejected a no-confidence motion against Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Mohammad Al-Jabri with a majority of 34 MPs.
