An unidentified Indian who was on a visit to Kuwait died in a road accident. He was run over on the Fahaheel Road at dawn today by an unidentified Portuguese citizen.
The daily added help was rushed to the site of the accident but the victim had died on the spot. A case of manslaughter has been registered, but the motorist was investigated and released.
