Indian embassy announced that starting 5 April until further notice, Passport renewal applications will be accepted strictly by prior appointment only.
Appointments can be fixed by calling 22440392, from 08:30 am to 12 pm as per the following schedule. Applicant must visit the center only as per the day and time of appointment.
• For submission at Fahaheel Center, call for appointment on Saturday & Tuesday (Center open on Sunday and Wednesday)
• For submission at Jleeb (Abassiya) Center, call for appointment on Sunday and Wednesday (Center open on Monday & Thursday)
• For submission at Sharq Center, call for appointment on Monday and Thursday (Center open on Tuesday & Saturday)
Note:- • Due security reasons only the applicant will be allowed to enter the Centre. No other person/(s) accompanying the applicant during the application submission or retrieval procedure will b permitted to enter the Center. However, as an exception only interpreters and one additional support system will be allowed to accompany applicants who are minors or need assistance.

Delivery of the serviced document would be done, preferably, to the applicant himself / herself or to the person authorized by the applicant in writing a submission of the application for service.
