The Indian embassy announced a continuation to this Embassy’s Advisory dated 27 March 2020. With regards to travel documents (emergency certificates) for all those not in possession of valid passports, please be informed that such Indian nationals will need a standard application form.

A preliminary area-wise list of Amnesty volunteers, to whom printed copies of the application form have been provided by the Embassy, as below for kind reference. Revised list will be shared in due course.

Please note that Embassy will not issue/distribute applications at the Embassy building.
A further Advisory will be issued shortly regarding collection of filled-in applications, and other requirements of the EC issuance process.
