Embassy of India in Kuwait successfully conducted the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [NEET(UG)]-2021, at the Embassy premises on 12 September 2021, following all the exam guidelines prescribed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and adhering to all the precautionary measures related to Covid-19.

More than 300 Indian students attended the exam at the Indian Embassy. Students started coming in batches as per the admit card from 8:30 am. Embassy had arranged special transportation for students from the entrance of diplomatic gate. Embassy even provided umbrella to the students who were dropped by their parents near the diplomatic area entrance. An air conditioned tent was made outside the Embassy premise for registration and necessary instructions. Examination hall was setup inside the Embassy. Strict checking and invigilation were conducted during the exam hours.

Speaking on the arrangements, students and parents shared their happiness on the setup made by the Embassy. Students were provided with breakfast and lunch during the exam. Even special make shift toilets were arranged by the Embassy at the tents. Student and Parents expressed gratitude to Ambassador H E Sibi George for arranging all the facilities.

During a press conference, the Indian Ambassador expressed sincere gratitude to Prime Minister of India and Indian Minister of Education for the decision of allotting NEET(UG)-2021 center in Kuwait for the first time outside India.

He also expressed sincere gratitude to NTA and other concerned authorities in India and Kuwait for all the assistance extended in organizing the examination in Kuwait.

H E Sibi George also thanked all the students, parents, teachers, managements of various Indian schools and other authorities who have worked closely with the Embassy for the successful conduct of the examination. Special gratitude to Indian Community members who helped to organize the examination.
