The Wara Hospital announced the opening of the Nuclear Medicine Department, which is a delicate and unique specialty, and is believed to be the only one in the private health sector in Kuwait.
The department uses safe radioactive drugs to evaluate body functions and diagnose and treat diseases. The medical director of the hospital, Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadi, told a local Arabic daily, the inauguration of the Nuclear Medicine Department came within the “Wara” plan to provide distinguished health care and service, in accordance with the best international quality standards.
