The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Chairman of the National Cooperative Projects Committee, Musallam Al-Subaie, announced the signing of a contract to supervise the implementation of the project for the construction, completion and maintenance of the Kuwait Cooperative Center for Student Programs.

Al-Subaie said in a press statement that the project, which will take 18 months to be implemented, comes within the framework of the National Cooperative Projects Committee’s keenness to contribute to projects that serve the Kuwaiti society in all its segments, in addition to the participation of shareholders of consumer cooperative societies in filling students’ spare time with science and technology and training them in manufacturing ( Robots) and participation in international competitions / in addition to training students on simple crafts.

He stated that the project will be built on an area of 10,000 square meters in the Jahra Reserve, in cooperation with the National Cooperative Projects Committee, the Environment Public Authority, the Ministry of Education and (MILSET), indicating that the project consists of a theater, a multi-purpose hall, training rooms, administrative offices and halls.
