Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Kuwait Chapter as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility and with its motto of giving back to the society, conducted a toy donation drive.
The members of the organization donated toys as per the wish lists handed to them by the children of the Kuwait Association for the Care of Children in Hospital (KACCH).
KACCH is registered as a non-profit, charitable organization by the Ministry of Social Affairs in 2003. Since their establishment they’ve acted as an integral component for providing psychosocial and emotional support for hospitalized children and their families across several government hospitals in the country.
The drive received an enthusiastic response from its members as the toys collected through this drive were handed over to KACCH, the act earned an incredible response from the children making it a truly humbling experience.
ICAI Kuwait will continue to strive in contributing their time, effort and resources for the benefit of the society as a whole.
The Chapter extends their gratitude to KAACH for giving them this earnest opportunity. While also congratulating all its members who contributed and volunteered for the donation drive.
