Monitoring reports noted a number of observations relating to the Employment Affairs of the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) and the General Authority of roads.
Most notably, the MPW’s delay in implementing the financial impact of long-term unemployed employees and the lax application of Article 30 of the Civil Service Board, which provides for the unauthorized deprivation of salary, allowances, and job benefits.
Reports indicated that the ministry spend a total sum was KD. 292,000 unjustly, reports Al-Qabas.
