The Ministry of Higher Education has suspended the registration and enrollment of Kuwaiti students in five British universities, in addition to stopping registration for a master’s program specializing in physical education at Yarmouk University in Jordan.

In this regard, Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Ali Al-Mudhaf has issued a decision to stop the registration and enrollment of Kuwaiti students at all levels of university and postgraduate studies in some higher education institutions in the United Kingdom, reports a local Arabic daily.

The decision states suspending the registration and enrollment of Kuwaiti students at all levels of university and postgraduate studies in all disciplines in the following higher education institutions:

1 – Coventry University

2 – London South Bank University

3 – University of Bradford

4 – Staffordshire University

5 – University of Sunderland.

The daily added, this decision does not apply to students who were already enrolled earlier and continues to study before the issuance of this decision.
