His Highness the Amir signed a decree Sunday appointing His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister and assigned him to form a government.
His Highness the Amir also assigned His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled to submit his cabinet line-up to approve their appointment, the decree read.
