The General Traffic Department during a campaign spanning over two days in several parts of the country has impounded 36 vehicles and towed them to the ministry’s garage.
The daily added, according the GTD sources these vehicles were found to be dilapidated or damaged (not road worthy), reports Al-Anba daily.
During the campaign, which lasted for several hours also resulted in the issuance of 400 security and durability violations.
