As the authorities prepare to receive their employees, the sources revealed that there is coordination between the Integrated Systems Sector of the CSC and other concerned authorities.

The sources explained that the CSC had earlier issued a circular regarding attendance as an alternative to calculating the hours of delay, according to the fingerprint system for evaluation work for the years 2021 and 2022 due to the repercussions of the Corona pandemic, which cast a shadow over all aspects of life, whether in Kuwait or the rest of the world.”

The sources added, “The Bureau is in the process of issuing a circular to government agencies announcing the return to the old system, and using the fingerprint system to calculate the number of hours of delay, the basic criterion for evaluating employees performance for the next year which is the criteria to reward persons for excellent work.”

It is noteworthy to mention the CSC had issued a decision regarding the rules, principles, procedures and dates for evaluating the performance of employees on the basis of job performance, and 30 percent on the basis of proof of attendance using the fingerprint.
