In line with the directives issued by the Prime Minister, HH Sheikh Ahmed Al-Nawaf, and the decisions issued by the Council of Ministers to solve the citizens’ problems and responding to rumors the Government Communication Center has issued a circular to all government institutions to respond immediately to citizens’ inquiries and complaints.
He called on the state authorities to respond to all the rumors publish by the print and social media with evidence, monitor and fight rumors and deal with such issues with all transparency, reports a local Arabic daily.
The Prime Minister stressed on the need for government agencies to activate the role of the official spokesman in each ministry, and to interact with citizens in a clear manner stressing that every government agency must respond, each in its own right.
The center noted that the citizen has the right to deal with his inquiries, complaints or suggestions, and to answer them clearly without any delay.
