Upon directives of His Highness the Prime Minister, government institutions have begun preparations to celebrate the national holidays next February.
A local Arabic daily has learned that the Council of Ministers has assigned the Tourism Projects Company, in coordination with government agencies, to organize, prepare and get ready for holding the celebrations during the national holidays.
A coordinating committee has been formed comprising members from the Tourism Enterprises Company and members from 7 government institutions — the Interior, Defense, Health, Media, Education, Social Affairs ministries, PAM and the Kuwait Municipality.
The government agencies have received directives to communicate and coordinate with the TEC regarding the requirements of the festival and joint cooperation needed celebration’s activities.
