The Foreign Ministry has categorically dismissed reports about reshuffling heads of the Kuwaiti diplomatic missions abroad, described a circulated list of new heads as groundless.
“This alleged list is totally untrue,” Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Jarallah stated in a press statement by the Ministry on Monday. He regretted the circulation, by some social media users, of the alleged list, noting that circulation of such a kind of fabricated lists had been repeated in the past years and at the same time. Al-Jarallah lamented that such an act was doing considerable harm.
“It causes severe embarrassment (for us) at the listed world capitals,” he clarified.”It violates relevant norms and principles and jeopardizes the ministry’s plans and arrangements in this regard.”
Al-Jarallah urged the public not to heed such untrue information and asked those who circulate it to pursue accuracy or otherwise the ministry would regrettable take legal actions against them.
