The Foreign Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Salem Al-Sabah, appointed deputy assistants to the Minister of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, reported Al-Rai Daily.
The decision includes nine new appointments to different roles in the ministry.
    • Hamad Al Farhoud has been appointed as Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Gulf Cooperation Council Affairs.
    • Khaled Al-Yassin will now hold the position of Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Asian Affairs.
    • Saad Al-Muhaini has been appointed as Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Human Rights Affairs.
    • Mohamed Al-Alaty will serve as Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Consular Affairs.
    • Adel Al-Zoubi has been designated as Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Legal Affairs.
    • Falah Al-Mutairi will serve as Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Arab World Affairs.
    • Khalid Al Zaabi has been appointed as Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Americas Affairs.
    • Mohammed Al-Shamlan Al-Roumi will serve as Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Development and International Cooperation Affairs.
    • Lastly, Mohammed Al-Amiri has been designated as the Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for International Organization Affairs.

The appointments indicate Kuwait’s commitment to strengthening its diplomatic relations and international cooperation at various levels.
