The Capital Governorate security personnel have referred five expatriates to the concerned authorities after they were arrested by patrolmen for selling cosmetics, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily one of the men, seeing a police patrol attempted to escape, but he was chased and arrested.
The source added those arrested have been charged with practicing business without a license.
