The Public Relations and Media Department of the Public Fire Service said firefighters and marine rescuers from the Shuaiba Fire and Marine Rescue Center, acting on information, rushed to the Kubbar Island and rescued seven Kuwaitis from a 24-foot sinking boat Friday evening.
The citizens are believed to be in good health condition, reports a local Arabic daily.
