The Jahra and Kazma fire departments responded to a report of a blaze that broke out in the scaffolding of a partially-constructed house in Al-Mutlaa City. The firefighters, under the instructions of the Central Operations Department, extinguished the raging flames eating up the scaffolding, wood, and spread of the house and garbage dump. No casualty has been reported.
On another note, the Public Firefighting Force’s prevention department, in cooperation with the Kuwait City Municipality, conducted a joint inspection campaign on Monday evening in Kuwait City to run safety checks on commercial basements and issued warnings against safety violations and fire prevention protocols.
